Wood House Concerts

We maxed out on RSVPs for the May 31 house concert featuring Blue Mountain shortly after sending out a limited invitation to our long-time friends and supporters. If you’d like to be put on the waiting list (in case we get any cancellations), send an email to info AT woodhouseconcerts DOT com. Let us know the number of spots you’re looking for…the fewer, the more likely. Just so you know, we’re asking a donation of $17 adv/$20 DOS per person…all of the money goes to the band.

If you miss out on this show, here’s some good news: Blue Mountain will return to St. Louis some time this summer to celebrate the release of their new “Midnight In Mississippi” CD.  Stay tuned to this site for details.

Previous house concert performers The Gourds will play The Duck Room (Thursday, June 5) as part of this year’s Twangfest. Twangfest is set for June 4 through 7. As always, we’ll open on Wednesday night in the intimate confines of the Schlafly Tap Room and move to the Duck Room for Thursday night. Friday’s show will be held at The Pageant. and Saturday’s finale will be at Off Broadway. Four nights/four venues…stay tuned to the Twangfest website for details.
